STUDIO POLICIES

Creative and intellectual work is the property of Alchemy Studio Design until paid in full.

New clients will be charged a 50% deposit on the total estimate of the project.
Design work will commence following receipt of your deposit.

Invoice payment terms are 30 days. A 1.5% monthly interest charge will be added to past due payments.

A fee will be assessed for handoff of native/working files. 
Due to the nature of this work, refunds are not available..
